are hereby agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations of Cedars RV Park.

Campground General Rules:

​

Speed Limit: Speed limit is 10 MPH throughout the entire campground. Please keep our children safe!

Checkout time: Checkout time is scheduled for 12PM, but just check to see if there is flexibility to accommodate later checkout, if desired.

Quiet hours: Quite hours are from 11PM to 7AM. Please keep TV/music and loud conversations at a minimum. Foul, threatening, and offensive language will not be tolerated at any time.

Visitors: Visitors should vacate the campground by 11PM.

Camp Fires: Camp fires must be in the rings provided. Never leave a fire unattended and extinguish before retiring for the night. Supervise children at all times.

Limit per site: Each campsite should be limited to not more than 5 persons. Additional persons may incur additional charges. Check with management for approval of additional persons.

Children: Parents are responsible for their children. Please do not allow them to wander through others campsites, uninvited, or leave them unattended. Vandalism and disrespect for persons or property will not be tolerated.

Golf Carts: Golf Carts are allowed on property and to be operated by responsible drivers. At NO time are small children allowed to operate ANY motorized vehicle on the campground property. Golf cart owners should have insurance on the vehicle. Cedars RV Park, LLC is not responsible for accident or injury from Golf Cart operation.

Pets: Non aggressive breed pets are permitted at the Park. All pets must be kept on leash or tie out when outside of RV. Please clean up after your pet. Do not leave animals unattended.

Trash: Please dispose of trash at the dumpster near pavilion only. Do not leave trash out at any time.

Water Usage: Washing of autos, boats, RV’s, etc. is not allowed, with some exceptions for RVs of pre-paid Yearly/Seasonal/Monthly renters.

Insurance & Theft: We are checking the campground constantly, but we are not responsible in the case of theft of RV or contents thereof; nor for any damage caused by natural causes (i.e., Tree falling); nor for spoilage of refrigerator / freezer foods due to loss of electricity. All activities in the campground are done at the individual’s free will and Cedars RV Park LLC will not be responsible for injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

Fireworks: Fireworks of any kind are not permitted on the campground at any time. Violation of this will result in immediate ejection from the campground, without refund.

Disruptive and/or Threatening Behavior: Should individual(s) display disruptive and/or threatening behavior, the individual(s) will be immediately required to leave the campground. This includes Yearly/Seasonal/Monthly/Daily Campers, with the pre-paid Yearly/Seasonal/Monthly/Daily Agreement becoming void and no refunds to any person in this situation. Please do not put yourselves and management in this situation.

 

 Only “fully self-contained” units will be allowed. No tents.

                                            

Maintenance of Site: All sites must be kept neat and clean of debris and in an uncluttered state.
Alterations to Site: Campers may not make changes to site without approval of management.
Campsite Agreement & Subletting: The pre-paid Yearly/Seasonal/Monthly/Daily agreement is between the individuals noted on agreement and Cedars RV Park, LLC. This agreement DOES NOT entitle any other individuals (outside of close family) use of your camping unit or site. If you are not using your site, no one else is permitted to use your site or camping unit.
Sale of Camping Unit: The pre-paid Yearly/Seasonal/Monthly/Daily agreement is not transferrable to another individual if you sell your RV. All pre-paid Yearly/Seasonal/Monthly/Daily costs are non-refundable should you sell your RV or decide to leave the park for any other reason.
Insurance: We require that each camper purchase their own individual insurance, as Cedars RV Park, LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by natural disaster or otherwise, negligence, theft, or loss of electricity.
Camper/RV Age: Yearly/Seasonal/Monthly/Daily Campers RV shall be less than 15 years old, unless otherwise approved by management.

 

 

 

Cedars RV Park, LLC; all management and employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone noncompliant with campground rules and regulations. We also reserve the right to change Rules & Regulations at any times. All activities in the campground are done at the individual’s free will and Cedars RV Park, LLC will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money/ valuables of any kind.
