We are located about 1/2 mile from Green River Lake- Where you have access to boat ramps, a marina, and a beach.

All of our sites have 50, 30, and 20 amp electrical services with FULL HOOK-UPS (water, sewer, & WIFI)!!!

2026 Campsite Rates:​

• $480.00 Monthly (Off Season Only) ( INCLUDES UP TO $100 IN ELECTRIC, Excess usage will be billed separately )

• $1,980.00 Seasonal (Off Season Only) November 1st - April 30th ( INCLUDES UP TO $100 PER MONTH IN ELECTRIC, Excess usage will be billed separately )

• Year Round - Standard Site: $2,385.00 per year + electric, with a 1 year contract.

• Year Round - Deluxe Site: $2,600.00 per year + electric, with a 1 year contract.

• Year Round - Premium Site: $2,975.00 per year + electric, with a 1 year contract.

All rates are plus KY Sales Tax (+6%).
